when I coding my E90 335i (2010) I got the error

Make sure cable latency is set to 1ms, and JB4 is disabled (if you have one).

It also appears you have a second instance of INPA running... You can only have one instance running at a time. Same goes for the other BMW Standard Tools programs (NCS, WinKFP, etc...).
