The Audio-System IMO is a more complete package to the Alpine. Alpine is indeed more readily available and more 'talked' about.

Anyway, that might change in the not to distant future

Hi,

would be interested in the whole kit, but need to know if the mids will fit in a e93, and from reading up the depth is less then the e90/91/92 cars.

What he said.
Apline kit sticks with your OEM subs. Whereas this kit has subs included as well.

Also with the amplifier you can change gains and set your LP frequency.
So if you know what you are doing, you have more flexibility.

Would be interested if the price was closer to alpine, but current price is too much of a stretch for me.

From looks of things the E92/E93 have the same front doors so I shouldn't imagine the mounting depth on the mids won't be of concern.

Its a cracking setup, while others might argue its more than the Alpine, yes you get an amp with the Alpine setup but you don't get the subs. Thats where this setup shines, the underseat subs are very solid performers.

Hey Am,

cool it fits, then very interested in this whole kit.

was thinking of either this or logic 7 subs with focal fronts, got a genny profile 4 and profile sub lying around which i can put to some use.

but if the AS kit is better then i would go for that.

on the AS kit are the subs on a seperate channel, or do you need 1 channel per side like passive 3 way components?

With after market amp, you decide whether you want subs on different channels or on same channel.
As amp is 4 channels so I assumer OP is driving subs on a separate channel, otherwise there is no reason to have 4 channels amp.

Hi,

was asking cause if you buy a normal 3 way passive set then you need 1 channel per side.

in this scenario you can bridge a 4 channel amp to give 2 channels, so it gives more output.
