Well said that man! every time someone puts a car on sale the masses rush to tell them what its worth.
Its usually always negative and it turns into a mass rabble over the price of a car, and ruins the sellers thread.

Oh and GLWS your cars are always tastefully modded and never hang around long..

The proof will be in the pudding.

Fair play to you, I'd say it's the sort of car that once you have someone there in the flesh they'll just fall in love with it.

Just to clarify I wasn't running down the car or the price, just stating that standard 01's are making about 10k but this is obviously not comparable with a car such as your own.

Let us know how it goes!

Totally understand where you were coming from Rob - no worries. Im getting a few calls about it now so things are starting to move. Have one guy very keen on it and wanting to give me a deposit etc, but im not really wanting to go down the deposit road - he was coming this weekend but now wants to come next week. Either way its looking more positive. That said, Louisa drove it for the first time in over week today and as she drove off in the bright sunshine, the sound of the exhaust, the glimmer from the alloys, the yellow calipers and aggressive squat stance - just made me smile! That said, my wife would make any car look good sat behind the wheel!!

My mates got an almost identical AW M3 to yours with the same mods that was previously owned by The Stig with only 1069 miles on the clock - he's only asking £2995 for it

On a serious note - i took a £500 deposit on the car today without the chap even seeing the car - he's coming to pick it up next Friday - although who knows what could happen between now and then!!!

Thanks fella. It was genuinely really tough to let it go in the end. Bloody bloke who bought it lit the back wheels up when he pulled away and then drifted car sideways onto the main road - wasnt the best way to see it leave - but hey ho!
