since Kev said the passenger footwell lights is different, and shinchan mention one type of bulbs would fit under door and both footwell.......Can someone tell me what to get for the passenger side footwell? Does the foot well or under door bulbs need to be those model that turned 90 degree for lighting down?

You can try this in the standard housing:

Could someone cliffnote every bulb I need to replace everything in the interior? I will not be getting the trunk or glove like shinchan, and i would love to order all the bulbs at one site, unless there's no way. And I also would like the passenger side footwell to be LED also. Thank you so much.

And all the cars in this post is amazing looking. Good job everyone.

Is this not succinct / clear enough? Let me know and I can fix it.

Are these TOO bright? I think the stock is nice the way it is, but wouldn't mind a nice pure light. I mean, are you blinded everytime you open the door?

I just got done with converting my 2009 M3 Sedan to LED. I followed Kev's initial post - Thanks Kev for taking the time to post!!!

Just a few minor changes. My 09 M3 sedan has 4 bulbs for the Front footwell lights / Front under the door puddle lights (Instead of 3) - 1 bulb for the door and 1 for the footwell on each side. A total of 4 bulbs for both driver and passenger sides.

Also the light bulb fixture must have changed in the 09's because the Side Firing Super Flux 6 LED Light T10 Wedge (0 degree offset)
http://www.ledlight.com/t10-wedge-si...led-light.aspx does not fit in the light fixture. I ended modifying my fixture by cutting and drilling a little of the fixture away to make the Side Firing LED bulb fit. After doing this I would recommend just using a different bulb that will fit in the fixture. I tried:

6 Ultra Bright S.M.T. L.E.D. T10 Wedge LED Light Bulb
http://www.ledlight.com/SearchResult...KeyWords=78564

Which works and fits in the fixture but is a little recessed and slightly not as bright as the one Kev recommended. But it's plenty bright.

Also the Bavauto domelight LED24 has 2 x 12 LED panels and only one T10 wedge adapter. 1 - 12 LED panel is enough brightness and you can use one in the front dome and one 12 LED in the rear dome...but the kit only has one T10 wedge adapter. I didn't know where to buy just the T10 wedge adapter and had to but another LED24 kit from Bavauto at $19.95 each. So you need 2 LED24 (or 2 x LED12) kits from Bavauto for the dome lights.

I also had to do a little minor clipping to make the trunk LED bulb fit in the light fixture.

Overall, very nice mod for a little more than $100 to have the white light look!
Paul

Side Firing Super Flux 6 LED Light T10 Wedge (0 degree offset) Barely fits in the fixture
