I bought a 18x10.5 et12 square setup to my bmw e90

Rear is Perfect😍
But my question is that in the front there is very little gab between Rim and st
uspension,But is it okay even when adding camber?
I mean dosent the suspension move with the wheel ?

Both the wheel (hub) and shock are mounted to the knuckle. The camber changes by moving the bottom of the knuckle out or the top of the shock in (or opposite in the case of positive camber movement).

So the distance between the shock and wheel should not change. Someone correct me if I'm wrong.

That's awfully close so your sidewall could flex eonugh to contact the shock, but yes, adding more camber will move the shock and wheel together so the clearance there will not be affected.

Yes, it is very possible that both the wheel and tire could touch. need at least a few mm. Wheels bend in turns. Tires flex even more. I would do some light driving and then check for tires marks.
