Passenger door lock/unlock

Hi, I know there's a common fault with the actuators on e90's. Seems it's my turn to experience it. Car was fine this morning but now when I lock with the fob all doors lock except front passenger door. Fob won't lock/unlock it neither will the central locking button inside. I can manually push the button down and pop it up with the internal door handle though. All fuses checked and all ok. Am I right in thinking the actuator is gone? Is this all I need or is there a possibility it's the lock?

That sounds like the actuator alright. Simple DIY but make sure you buy the kit instead of individual actuators. For the price of one you get both sides.
