2013 135is coding trouble.

Hey guys seems that I'm running into a bit of trouble with my 2013 e82 135is.

I was having issues with coding the lights, even if i went back to older versions of spdaten. It seems it couldn't connect. I tried looking for the newest version 50.3 lite, but didn't have any luck. Its a Sept 2013 build. If anyone has any ideas or recommendations that would be awesome.

Thanks,
Zach

50.1 datens should be fine. Have you connected to your car before now?

Yes and yes. I had a few issues coding because of the build date so I had to change it to 07/2012 and remove the spoiler option to get into it and was able to do DVD in motion and other things but when I attempted the lights no luck. Even went back to older versions of spdaten with no luck.

The integration level identifies the various firmware releases of the modules in your car (i.e. DME, instrument cluster, lighting, et. al.). When new firmware for one or more modules is released for a given chassis, the integration level for that chassis is revised to represent the new logical grouping. Presumably this new grouping of firmware release levels reflects what was tested for compatibility.

Integration levels map to ISTA/P versions, which then tells you the minimum daten release level needed to code your car.

Google "bmw group ista/p version and i-level overview" and examine a chart:
http://lmgtfy.com/?q=bmw+group+ista%...level+overview

For example, if your integration level is E89X-13-07-505, you would need sp daten 51.0 at a minimum which maps to ISTA/P version 2.51.0.

You can display your plant, dealer and backup integration levels with INPA.
