BIMMERPOST / Classifieds
Asking Price:
Sold

Item Interest
FOR SALE is my 2011 BMW 335xi(manual)----$11,500 O.B.O****CLEAN TITLE IN HAND
I AM THE 2ND OWNER AND VEHICLE HAS YET TO BE ABUSED IN ANY WAY

I purchased vehicle back in 2016 from the original owner(older lady) @88k as she traded it for a 2016 manual 340 at that time (gotta love lady manual drivers...lol). I have garaged kept and maintained this vehicle since then and it currently has 125k on it, which is approximately 36,000 miles in 7 years. Vehicle is in excellent condition as I am only selling to replace it with f80 manual or f90m5, both of which I already have my eyes on. I have 3 other BMW's which is why the mileage is so low over this time and do not drive this vehicle during winter(nevermind awd just didn't want to get her touched/damaged). All necessary items have been done to vehicle to make sure it is ready for the 3rd owner.
Options IncludeVehicle is fully loaded as original owner ticked all boxes except the performance exhaust(bummer) as car was equipped with power kit from factory W/ authenticated under hood stickers)

Saw this one on Craigslist a little while ago, great spec. Bummer about the rust down below, looks super clean otherwise, but I'm still interested in it... the spec is incredibly cool.

Thank you & respect for the kind words, I got lucky in my search at the time of purchase.....the car can be viewed any day during the week/weekends & placed on a lift for anyone to inspect.....that is just surface scale that you see and not even close to what a 10+ yr old car in New England underbody looks like...all eccentric alignment bolts for alignment adjustments are not corroded as well.

Great spec! Traveling right now but will be in the Boston area from 11/19 through the holidays. Would love to come by and take a look. What's the best way to get in touch to set up a viewing? Any oil leaks?

Thank you.....anytime during the day until 7pm if wanting to view on a lift but weekends are open for viewing just not on a lift. No oil leaks as the oil filter housing gasket was done and I literally just did the valve cover assembly. So far the oil pan gasket has been good to me....lol

Oh, the rust is absolutely not bad given its a New England car... I was just spoiled by SoCal before I got here.

Thank you & RWD is the wave......vehicle sat in a warehouse for some time and threw a check engine light w/hesitation the day I brought it out this summer to drive it for a bit. My BMW guys checked it and they told me old gas, fouled plugs and a vacuum leak from the pcv in valve cover(plus it was leaking). So I had them change the plugs, valve cover assembly and fresh tank of 93 oct . They placed the black rejection on as it gives you 60 days of driving before having to get it re-inspected since it was expired. Told me drive and put at least 50-100 miles then return for sticker update within the 60 day period since they had to clear the codes.

Very tempting.. I have a N52 328i xDrive and would love more power but I’m a little concerned about the N55 reliability, especially over 100,000 miles.

mileage is never really the problem on these cars but about how well the vehicle was maintained and if it was abused. I know other n55 cars in NE that have well over 165k with no rod bearing issues. Price is always negotiable.

spark plugs are brand new and coils were done literally before I bought vehicle around 80k(no issues since). I have replaced 4 injectors(#1, 2,5 & 6) which fixed the issues I had for misfire faults I had as the hpfp has not been an issue so far.
Price is always negotiable and all work has been performed at the bmw dealership in Boston.

Awesome, thanks. I'll be in touch when I'm in Boston, I'll reach out at the number you gave above. Guessing you have all service records on hand for review, and no issues with injectors 3 & 4?

no worries, just let me know as the car will be stored in a warehouse located in Boston close to commonwealth ave and I'm in the Braintree area. The other injectors were never an issue.
