Battery Reset Not Working

Hi everyone,

I recently downloaded the one click ISTA install from Adam Diagnostics and completed the whole installation on my Surface 3 I7.

ISTA starts up and finds my car and reads any troubles it has showing, but the main reason I downloaded it was to calibrate my new battery into the computer. However I am getting the following error codes preventing me from performing the service. Any idea what might have went wrong?

Seems like an installation error. It is failing to start the ABL, which is an abbreviation for diagnostic procedure. I would uninstall and reinstall. Try using the bimmergeeks.net ISTA instead. Go to the downloads section. It is called Rheingold on there, not ISTA, but it is identical.

Looks like a Windows problem.
DLL is the hint.
May also be the downloads you used or missing a setup step.

Appreciate the reply fellas,

I did end up figuring it out...
It turns out that a bunch of the files from a folder in the ISTA 7zip file did not download themselves. I simply copy and pasted them directly into the same folder they were not present in and now all service functions work. I do not remember exactly which folder it was but if anyone needs to know for sure in the future just ask and I'll check again.

Thanks again for the suggestions
