WTB: LCI E91 328i Wagon Automatic Trans (Mods Please Lock)

Looking to buy an LCI E91

- <170k miles
- Black interior and heated seats are must haves
- Clean title
- Must of proof of clean carfax and/or up to date maintenance records mostly regarding the typical N52 issues like the valve cover gasket, oil pan gasket, oil filter housing gasket, cam shaft/eccenstric shaft sensors
- RWD or AWD doesn't matter
- prefer single hump but i drive is fine too

Budget is around $6000 willing to throw in a little bit more for the right car

Located in Connecticut but willing to travel 500-700 miles.
