From that, I'm reading that your EGR valve is stuck, and there's a problem with your adblue system. There may also be an issue with your MAF, but the chances are it's just reading incorrectly due to incorrect EGR flow.

Personally I'd just clear the codes and drive. If it happens again quickly, maybe disconnect the MAF to see if it'll run better without it.

You might want to repost this in the general section just to get a bit more traffic.... More chance you'll get home!

Post where you are stranded. Maybe some member close by can help. If you're around Detroit I'd help.

+1 on this. If the EGR is stuck you can remove the plastic cover on the side to manually move it closed. Then clear codes, unplug MAF and drive home. Unplugging MAF disables EGR. I drove around like this a lot when I was troubleshooting EGR issues.

Nice, that's a good little hack; MAF unplug disabling EGR.

I also forgot you can move the EGR manually by removing the cover on the valve...

Good knowledge.

OP, can you try this and see how you get on?
