Actually much of BMW's engineering comes from the race track. Race cars are a big part of my inspiration. You are entitled to your opinion though and I asked so thanks for your comment .

Ryan,
I vote for leaving it as is. The car looks great - no changes necessary.

Dude, leave it in one color. Black on SG, does it make any difference?

If you don't like it ,you can repaint it
If you paint it black it will look a bit like the M-sport II on E46.

I voted for 2 tone as well. Ryan, trust me it will look sick if you paint the rear diffused black. |

Just a thought, but not sure if the car will look "unbalanced" if just the rear diffuser is black and the front of the car doesn't have any black. So, for instance, if you have flat black front splitters AND a flat black diffuser, it would look balanced.
But if we're just talking about looking at the rear and not the overall car, I think the black diffuser looks pretty darn good.

Ryan,
I see what you're trying to do...what about Cf overlay instead of flat black? It will add some texture and desired contrast to that part of the rear apron.

like ryan said, d you're gonna do it flat black anyway, in fact I think you probably already have an appointment scheduled this week! HAHA BTW I think it will go well with the theme you currently have on the front grill!
