17x9 with lower offset will it fit +23

wanting to run a 17x9 +23 offset square, would that rub in the front?

the funky offset is due to needing a bolt pattern adapter for wheels and it is 15mm.

currently running 17x9 +30, not sure if that extra 7mm poke will cause fitment issues. HELP

still want to run a 255/40 tire, and will be used for track duties
