Very nice!
There is nothing like measuring the efectiveness of the upgrades! These numbers made me start questioning the Catless DP as my next mod... The gains IMHO may not enough for the cost and risk envolved... The risk of failling Emission test is scaring... (failing, then put the stock back on, do new test, take the stock DP off, put the catless back on... = $$$$)

No doubt a rear exhaust section that is less restrictive AND much lighter would have a definite effect. And yes a higher flowing intercooler along with the exhaust would probably put me right at the 124 mph mark.
Remember this testing here is all on crap 91 octane, so the meth works wonders. Yes I have tried different higher maps, with almost no noticeable improvement at all. So there is probably some other restriction at this point. I really is pretty impressive to be runninng 8.2 sec 0-100 times, and 9.4 60-130 they way I drive the car everyday on the streets.

Yes, stock from the downpipes back. Wish there was some bolt on cat system that you could just bolt to the downpipes, and have it exhaust downwards, at least saving you all the weight of the stock system.

So anyways, was so curious to see if I could replicate my 123 trap speed from yesterday. And so tonight, I did 3 back to back runs, and I was able to back it up with a solid 123mph trap average.
Run #1 12.0 @ 122.9 mph Run #2 12.0 @ 123.1 mph Run#3 12.0 @ 123.2 mph Hows that for consistancy, LOL. Temps were about 10 degrees cooler. (52F). So no big improvement there. Just goes to show you that meth is so good, it doesn't really make a huge difference if it is 10 degree warmer outside. All runs here were just done on map#7, still 91 pump+ meth. Runs 2 and 3 were both 9.4 second 60-130mph times. These were all back to back runs, and contrary to yesterday, each run was a strong or stronger than the one preceding it! So perhaps it is true letting the car adapt to one map is better than jumping from map to map between runs. Looks like this might be the limit without rear exhaust and/or intercooler. Higher octane might give me about .5mph higher traps.

It really is a very necessary tool. First of all to gauge your modifications, and secondly to see your relative performance compared to others using the same device. I can make run after run with almost identical numbers. Trying to accurately measure that with a stopwatch would truly just be hit when trying to compare acceleration numbers.

I bought Performancebox. It is a successor of Vbox.

Time for a little google search...... How do you like it? Any features that make it better or worsen than the vbox?

Do you mean for the meth injection? I have mine set up around 7psi. I might raise it some. It came out of the box triggering at around 5psi!
