nevermind on the type of post, realized the notice said "post replies".... did some digging and realized its meaningful/insightful replies to current posts...
still havent been able to ascertain exactly how many is required and what exactly is the basis for a valid reply. like what exactly defines a "meaningful reply" ?

What is even more sad is that the world is full of people who join forums just to scam people who buy/sell on them because eBay already banned them for fraud. The rules are in place for a reason. When a new member earns enough trust by participating with quality posts in the forum, they are granted PM access.

As I have posted here before, I have been a member since 2019 and not once needed to use the PM function.....
