large catback rattle fix
I've got the 3.5" Corsa catback on my '11 335xi, and the rattle from the rear chassis brace is unbearable. My shop suggested just taking the brace off entirely, but this seems like a bad idea.
Has anyone else had to deal with this lately? I've seen mention of spacers, but I can't seem to find the brace on realoem to look up the dimensions for spacers and longer bolts. Also saw mention of M3 hardware, but not a lot of info on N55 E90 sedans on this. Would swapping the brace (or adding the arms from) for this work? https://www.ecstuning.com/b-genuine-...33326777637kt/ |

Yeah, removing that brace is not advisable. It's an important component for chassis stiffness. Can you identify where the brace is rattling?
