calipers yes, rotors no. because the nub is different on the new M3/4
for example:
f30 4 pot uses 370mm
f80 6 pot uses 380mm
same caliper that is, so that tell you that f80 hub mounting tabs are 5mm further away from the center.

So the M3/4 6 pot caliper with rhe 435 rotor works then? Where's best supply of parts?

OK. So only the 4 pot standard f30 front brake? If this is the case would it be better than e9x m3 but not as good as BBK for example? Kind of like an in between standard and BBK option in terms of braking power and cost?

BBK=big brake kit
Standard f30 4 pot 340mm
Standard e90 335i 1 pot 345mm
Snandard e90 m3 1 pot 355mm
f30 4 pot performance & sport 4 pot 370mm
So to answer your question f30 370mm is BBK to e90 335i 345mm and all e90 brakes for that matter.
Is absolutely better than any stock e90 brakes.
In term of cost yes, is between, but performance wise is similar to all other BBK.

Perfect. Thx. A discount BBK. I guess rotor size is the critical thing here vs number of pots. 6 for BBK and 4 for F30.

Buy the front since the rears don't do much braking any how and install e90 m3 master cylinder. You wil be happy. Even with stock OEM pads can do similar to track ready stock e90 345mm brakes because of its size. 370mm is very close to 380mm from f80, caliper is the same and that tell you enough.

Yeah. Not worried about the rears. Just going to paint them the same. Front is about 80% of braking. Also not tracking it but want a little more power and heat shedding for hard street driving with the extra power. I had a corvette get overheated and horrible brake fade once doing 110 mph. Once. Upgraded it next weekend.

Thank you!! I am greatful for the help.

One last question. The masterCyl are sometimes sold without the metal stick peace with one loop end and another end that connects to the Master Brake(I think this is the solenoid). This item goes into the black Booster cylinder.

Hope you help me understand, Your the type of resource this forum needs. Someone who is not afraid to experiment

And do you have the largest caliper and rotor part numbers that will fit? Is there any choice in color? The orange looks hot but blue is also cool too.

Will the new Master Cyl solve the "soft pedal" issue??? Any coding needed?
Do we need E90 M3 MasterCylinder or any e9x M3 Master Cylinder?
