Condensation on headlight lenses help?

2006 passenger headlight lense has condensation and need a solution please?

I would use a hairdryer on low setting and dry it out. Make sure your covers and bulb is in there snug.

My ballast is in the aft section of the light assembly. It appears I might have to remove it and dry it out.
