Well done and congrats on the purchase, the detail looks immac!

Does it have an aftermarket exhaust? Or just tips?
The seller said he thinks it just the tips, it was like that when he bought it (sounds oem to me - well similar to the other 335i I drove a few weeks ago) It pops and crackles softly in 1st & 2nd gear around town when you have the window down, but at hwy speed its reasonably quite.

I think they are an improvement over the stock tips

* CPS offsetting... essentially ignition control. The JB product in base form does no ignition timing tuning... just fuel and boost control.

* Roadspeed delimitting. With the Procede you can go over 250 out of the box.

In addition the Procede has many more additional inputs and outputs so can support future additions without hardware changes. For instance, we support PWM meth (best meth system available), and flat shift, launch control and other future features out of the box with the system available now.

Finally, I am the designer of the Procede, and there is a big difference in the quality of the hardware. If an electrical engineer were to look at both, they would conclude that the JB had hardware at a hobbyist level (basic circuits in plastic box), and the Procede hardware is of a professional engineering level (metal shielded enclosure with quality power supply and filtering circuits). The difference in hardware results in increased cost to manufacture the Procede.

Cheers,

Adrian

I respect Pete but I also disagree with that. Just look at the fastest cars and ask what tunes they run.

Probably shouldn't turn this into a Jb4 vs Procede debate. I have noticed that 135i owners are more likely to choose JB4 and 335i owners are more likely to choose Procede.

Bout that and you need a $250 harness.

Well whilst I as getting my new battery installed today I asked the guys about why my drivers side parker is out. They couldnt figure it out, it doesnt pop up on the idrive as a tailight error. They asked me to pop in again tomorrow to have their expert have a squiz (it seems its leds so its not as simple as a bulb change Stu?)

To pass rego I'm thinking I will just unplug the left side parker so the parkers will still illuminate in the boot portion and it looks symetrical is this possible?

As is now:

Odd.

I changed a bulb on MO3s car just recently and I don't remember it being LED... can't remember what position of the taillight it was though.

PS let me know if I can tempt you into a BMW Performance Short Shift kit
