Hi all

looking at ordering some tyres online from Sydney but need to have them fitted in Canberra.

Anyone know of a place that fits tyres that I supply?

I've rung a few but they say they don't do it.

Try Bob Jane Belconnen - they stripped/fitted/balanced & new valve stems for $120.

I rang Bob Janes, and they said they could do it ($35 per wheel incl disposal). Kmart Fyshwick wouldn't.

I had a bad experience with Jax in philip so wouldnt recommend them. BobJane in fyshwick seems to be a good bunch. Ozzy tyres will tell you they would do anything but their workmanship is bit poor (bit careless)..good luck

Ended up trying Johno's Tyres in Hume. Seemed good. One-man operation, and you just reverse your car in and out of the garage. No car-lift, just jacks. But does the job!

Going to Hume saved me some small $.....but on the return copped a huge speeding fine from that damn fixed camera on Monaro Hwy that didn't appreciate my trying to get the new tyres warmed up quickly. Really quickly.
