Walnut blaster nozzle

Now that BAVAUTO is closed, does anyone know where I can get a 3/8" blaster nozzle?

It is pretty easy to make one. I used a 1/4" diameter x 12" long steel brake line with flared ends from NAPA and cut one end off. I actually made two nozzles from this 12" brake line, one 4" and one 8". The shorter one came in handy on cylinder #6 because of difficult access. I used these steel nozzles with flared ends to replace the ceramic tip on a Harbor Freight 20# pressurized blaster nozzle.

Awesome thanks. I thought that's what it looked like. But wasn't certain

Dealership or FCP maybe. You need the actual part number. ECS tuning would most likely have it.

So I picked up 2 of each of the following

https://www.mcmaster.com/50635k375

Then picked up a 12" brake line, and cut it into 4" & 8" lengths.

I guessed on the bends, worst case scenario, I'll grab another and bend them again.

Quick tip, while bending them before cutting is great for leverage, it makes getting the compression nut down very difficult.

The corrosion protection is messed up from bending it before the nuts went on.

I forgot to update.

These worked great, plus it was awesome having 2 sizes!
