So I want to update the bulbs on my angel eyes and need some advice. I currently have the stock yellow tint, but want to upgrade to something that shines more white. Do i need to replace just the bulbs (H8, 35 watt i think) or is there more to it? I've seen both on the forums but just want to get a solid install that wont be too expensive. I have a 2007 e92 328xi. thanks.

you can replace your angel eyes with H8 35W, both Gp Thunders and MTEC's are error free

which one's would you recommend? I want something simple that will just shine white instead of yellow. I don't want anything thats too bright that might attract attention from cops or anything that shines more blue over white. thanks

for pure white, Gp Thunder 7500k

There are a few options out there. If you just want a simple hyperwhite bulb, you can do the Xenesis which are a direct H8 halogen bulb replacement that have a blue coating for a more white output.

If you want a more pure white color, then you can do an LED based replacement like WeissLicht. These are plug and play LED replacement bulbs that change the color to a xenon white.
