Both are good, 225M is a bit more exclusive.

230s are too heavy. 225s OK, but 193M is the best 18" wheel IMO. Otherwise go aftermarket for forged wheels.

On a coupe, I like the 230's.

225s get my vote, however the 230s look extremely easy to clean.

Well still looks like a split down the middle. I guess cant go wrong either way....
I told the dealership to install the 230's when the car comes in instead of the 225m's...but after looking at what each rim set costs, i'm gonna tell them to keep the 225m's on and if i want to get a set of 230's, which i do want, I will buy a used set. The 225m's in Canada from a bmw dealer is Front: 8x19” $1144.50 each Rear: 9x19” $1187.50 each Total: $4664.00 For the 230's Front: 8x19” $821.50 each Rear: 9x19” $842.50 each Total: $3328.00 |

225M on M-sport coupe and 230 on the standard car. So 225M it is!

I think both are too common for an e92.... I would get some black wheels, M5 perhaps

and black wheels aren't common? in my opinion it doesn't matter what the design is, all black wheels look alike to me... I can't really 'see' the design or the details in a wheel if they're in black.
