Sedan pricing will be about $1K less than the coupe.

How did you make that assumption....BMW sedan prices have always been less than the equivalent coupe by $1000-$2000.

Umm... which is the reason for the delay in pricing information for the coupe.

Come on guys, it doesn't take rocket science. Its all about getting rid of the current 330 Sedan inventory.

Currently the 330 sedan sales pitch is simple: Order the 330 Sedan quickly!!! Else you may have to seattle for the 2007 328 Sedan or pay millions more for the 2007 335 Sedan. (See they may not even have heard of the "335" but the Sales person could play this to his advantage and make it seem like it will cost a great deal more!)

Now, lets say they release the price of the coupe tomorrow. And lets say its, uh I don't know, $38900.00. (Just guessing here )

Now the sales pitch for that 330 sedan is much harder, as buyers will realize the "millions" is really only a few dollars. And they should wait for the 335 Sedan.

I suspect thats how he made his assumption. I don't recall it ever being more than $1500.00.

Me- if you read all my post regarding the guesstimates on pricing, I've always stated that it'd be $40k or less. I feel the most confident with this guess- $36,300-36,600 + 695 for delivery. haha cant wait til tomorrow

Rich,

If you think logically about this situation...the only models BMW has under their future vehicles on the BMWUSA site is the 3 coupe. There is no other model that is awaiting a price tag in the near future besides the 3 coupe. Also, I think the BMW site is about to change because if you hold your mouse over the Future Vehicle Tag, a new picture of a blue E92 comes up with the orange reflectors and some crappy rims.

I think tomorrow will be the day...but I will probably be getting my hopes up for nothing...

See you soon,

Straz

that's good - all those hundreds of threads I been reading were causing a lot of confusions. So long, no one is getting any insider news of a 40K+ price tag than I shall assume 40K+ is a nonsense.

I realize that the E92 is pretty much the only future vehicle.
But there are some up and coming variants that prices haven't been released yet....
dealer mentioned something about the 6 Series.....not sure on the details.

Anyway, I'm going there now for a free car wash....
maybe I'll be pleasantly surprised. (possibly completely aggravated)

True, but they could be announcing pricing for any 2007 models have not gotten pricing yet. Only 2007 BMW Edmunds has pricing for is 5 series.

So, its after 8 eastern time and no prices yet.

Prices For Ausria (Europe???)

On the Homepage of BMW Austria (www.bmw.at) [Car Configurator] it's written:

325i (E92) Coupe N52 will cost 42.000,00€
335i (E92) Coupe N54 will cost 50.700,00€
without any extras

very expensive I think

I have 10.000€ of extras in my E90 Sedan
=If I would buy some e92 it would cost me about 52.000,00€

Maybe somewhere else the prices are a little lower (because Austria is an expensive Country as known)...

There are probably less than 1000 people in the US that really care about the new E92 and E90 328/335 pricing right now so it doesn't affect BMW at all...but it does kind of stink to be one of these people...
