Difference between spark plugs?

Hello all,

I am in need of changing my spark plugs soon, and can't seem to wrap my head around the different spark plugs lol. On fcpeuro they have platinum, iridium and finewire. I was going to get the bosch finewire plugs, but wanted to get a short and quick answer of the different options all 3 give before I get them and install them
