It's that time of the year...wiper blade recommendations?

I know my 2010 335i E90 requires a 24" and a 17" blade. Any recommendations on specific models/brands? I like the Michelin ones but they have mixed reviews on fitment for my car.

Any recommendations would be appreciated.

Thanks!

I've used the Bosch ICON wipers on several cars. I've been very happy with them.

Don't make it complicated and simply go to your local BMW parts dept and get a pair of OEMs.

I went Bosch Aerotwin. I think I like the wipers but they got mashed so badly in shipping that I don't really know. At the moment the passenger blade is missing 1" of the windshield in the middle. "Adjustment" continues. At least that's easy.

The car had Bosch Icons on it when I got it. They might have been old or something but they squawked and chattered on anything less than a soaking wet surface. I've had them on other cars and loved them so I don't mean to trash them here, but I also didn't like the way they looked in comparison to something closer to factory. I've had that issue on other cars too.

None has the right answer, except may be for the stock guys because valeo makes them. Def. not bosch.
Answer, valeo silencio comes as a pair, sedan or coupe. Made in france.

Well, Bosch fits perfectly. Been in Calgary's winter/snow for the past month+ and they work perfectly.
No streaking, no noise, nothing.

So, if it's missing the BMW logo somewhere and that saved me some money, it's good in my books

Do they work with the original plastic covers that cover the connection point? I can't tell from the pictures, however it looks like the Bosch AeroTwin will work with the covers. I'm not sure if it makes any difference, but the covers keep a low profile. I have Bosch Icon blades now which don't work with the covers, and the center plastic universal bracket sticks up a bit higher than the OEM covers.

Weird. I found the product but it looks like it's a different size.

Subscribed to this thread! I'm about a month away from having to get new wipers. Getting ready for that northeast winter.

Will my 11 year-old, 160k mile windshield affect wiper performance?

OEM is the best.

I've had good luck with Michelin too on other vehicles.

I think for an E90, this is the one to get. Can someone confirm?

I' am pleased with Bosch OE Units on my E90. Bought a pair of Valeo from FCP Euro about a month ago and they have left rubber residue on the windshield ever since. Not sure if its a one off defective part but I'll send them back for exchange of Bosh units.

Yep. Have those on my car and they work great. I love that I can send them back to FCP euro for 5-8 dollars and they send me a new pair for free. Wish I started doing that sooner!
