Passenger door automatic lock doesn't work

So my E91 i recently bought has this problem where my passenger door doesn't lock automatically at all, wether it is by driving, locking it with the key, unlocking it with the key, it won't do any of that. Any suggestions ?

The door lock actuator is bad and needs to be replaced. It's a common issue, and VERY easy to fix, especially if your door still opens manually.

I've already replaced one of mine that failed and was stuck locked, which was a bit trickier to unlock requiring removal of the inner door panel from the inside with the door closed. I found a replacement actuator at a local junkyard (cheap, $20 if I remember correctly) and it's been working great so far.
