Does anyone know of a company that offers light upgrades for LCI e90's with the factory halogen lights? Any diy options? Trying to avoid the eBay lights if I can.

I considered it quad projectors, but decided it wasn't worth it. I did clear projector lenses, and figured I'd replace the bulbs soon and it would be well worth it.
From everything I read it seems like a situation of diminishing returns.

Where are you wiring your demon eyes to?

I did my own. If you have the time it's pretty easy. Save yourself like $1500

I hear ya. I don't mind it in this case. I'd say prep the shrouds and pay a body shop to paint them. Buy some new lenses on eBay/Amazon. The rest is assembly which was pretty easy.

(My list)
-Halos
-Black out (body shop)
-Clear projector lens (requires grinding the lens diameter, which is super easy if you follow my thread on the subject)
-Demon eyes (very much optional)
-White corner lamp bulbs (get rid of the yellow for a better color match)
-New butyl sealant (tape/rope)
-H8 connector (I put the connector on the leads from the halos to keep from hacking the stock wiring)
-clear 2 part epoxy and a good 2 sided trim tape (my halos came with some but it was garbage, gorilla glue makes a great, clear trim tape)

I'd say not counting removal of the lights from the car, 1-4 hours depending on your skill and how much you are doing (and how many beers).

I was thinking wiring them all up to original DRL power source and just turn the demons off on my phone till whenever I want them on.

I really want to change the cornering lens but looking it seems like a bit of a job

I considered changing the cornering lamp lens but decided the improvement in appearance wasn't nearly worth the work.

I had a quick look at it this morning and decided to much effort again. Now just going to workout how I'm running the wiring then I'm going to seal them.

Payed $90 for the lights on eBay and did them myself over the weekend. Wiring is a bit tricky but easy
Bad picture they aren't blurry in person

Garage List
Here's my most recent custom build. I built the halos completely from scratch attached and soldered led's to it. Eye brows and added an led brow to the mix. I tried to make use of all oem bulbs functions, which I did. I'm running quad projectors, inside projectors are Toyota Corolla led projectors, I wanted the trapezoid lens to go with how the halos were. The outside projector is still oem d1s. I just incorporated the corolla lens on there. Headlights do have dual functioning low beams. And coded out any bulb error code. Which was only the headlight error, since there's an added low beam. Hope you guys enjoy!

How did you get the lens off? Cut or heat? And what was the process? I know pre lci e90 is difficult. Those look great!

Thank you I'm proud of them. The black lip on the housing is higher than the lens so cut that black part flush with the lens, just enough to fit a flexible knife in there to cut the rubber off. Heat will do nothing. Use a small disk rotary cutter to cut that black part

This is what you trim. To re seal them just buy butyl tape and drill 3 small holes evenly around and put screws in it because the heat from the engine will melt the butyl tape and cause it to separate. To paint the chrome parts you have to take them out and spray them with oven cleaner. If you don't do this the paint won't stick and the jb weld won't stick. To put the halos on I used jb weld, drill small holes on the smaller housings around the projector lens for the jb weld to seep in and grip
It's been around 4 months that I've had them, no codes everything works great

Gotcha, yeah I just shoved it all back.

What did you end up tying the demon eyes into? I want to find a constant power source and put them on a switch so I can leave them on when parked.

Dang, I went single color (red) with no controller. I want them on a switch so I can leave them on at meets and such. But it seems like there's no constant power under the hood beside the jump terminal
