17x10 Wheels on an E90 (non-M3)

Search is coming up short. Has anyone ran a 17x10 on the rears on an E90 335i. No E90 M3 examples please. I know it'll fit easier on an E90 M3 because it has a wider rear fender. I'm looking to run a 17x10 ET25 in the future, but would like to see how it looks and what needs to be done to the fenders besides rolling and negative camber to make it fit on an E90 335i. Cheers folks!

Depends...tire type and size? Rolled fenders? Camber? In general, 10s aren't a problem with the right offset, which is in the high 30s-low 40s. Once you get into the lower offsets, additional work is necessary to keep things from rubbing. At this point, it becomes a work in progress once the wheel/tire is mounted and checked for where it rubs.

So I'm running an 18x9.5 +22 with a 255/35r18 pilot super sport tire on my e90 lci. The 18x10 +25 offset will be 3.3mm more aggressive than what I currently have but if you put a 255 on it it'll stretch more than on a 9.5 so it might give you just the right amount of clearance. My rear negative camber is -2.9 degrees currently.

I'm planning on running 285/40/17 R888s on 17x10 wheels. My fenders are rolled and how ever negative camber needed. I'm not going for any kind of "stance" style. I want to run 17x10s to get more rubber on the ground. All performance benefits for me wanting to run 17x10s.

The 9.5 is pretty tight. Hm, I don't want to apply too much negative camber where my wheel is tilted. Thanks for the pics!

Then there's no reason to run such a low offset.

Example: Comparing the stock Sport 18" rear wheel that is 18x8.5 +37, your 17x10 +25 will poke out 31.1mm more...that's 1.25"

With a 15mm spacer in the back, I get occasional rub on the fender. Your 17" will poke out another 16mm past that.

Add to that that your 285/45/17 tire is 1" bigger in diameter than the 255/35/18 on my car.

Not sure rolled fenders will get you enough to clear 5/8" more poke, and 1/2" taller at the fender and the quarter/bumper mount.

You will likely want about -3 front,- 2rear ish degrees camber which will add clearance especially up front
