Was just wondering if any forum members are going to this?

I've also heard on the grapevine that if you drive a BMW you get to park it in a special carpark and also get use of the BMW hospitality tent next to the 18th green.

Is this true??

apparently its true, went last year and got directed to the car park, but its no closer than any of the others I don't think.
we never got to the hospitality in the end, but I think its only a glorified beer tent at the 18th green.

on the 18th hole, you can get over to the left handside of the fairway and get up near the hospitality stand, then you can see the players tee off, and then watch their shots in to the green over the stream, and still see them on the green. quite a good position.

the que's last year to get to the course were horrendous, so leave early!
although the weather doesn't look as good this year, so might attract less spectators.

I don't think many on here play golf which is very surprising as the golf club car park down the road from my house is rammed with BMWs at the weekend.

Depends what you mean by hospitality. Yes you can get in to the tent but that's it - there ain't no freebies.

I went to Celtic Manor a couple of years ago with tickets from BMW, and they basically had a large tent with sofa's and drinks... presume it will be a similar thing
