My old car doesn't want to be sold...

I'm picking up my e92 tomorrow () which I quite frankly can't wait for. However, the old wheels - 07 Vectra CDTi 150 - is trying to throw a spanner in the works.

The EML came on a couple of weeks ago and it indicated p0110 error, IAT sensor problem. The MAF I thought. Bought a secondhand replacement off eBay and fitted it this week. No change...read upon it and found some info for checking the system, checked on the TIS as well for wiring diagrams. It looked like a connection issue. Checked the wiring, all ok. Starting to look like the ecu...

I'm now stuck with this problem and will also have an extra car to deal with, somewhat diluting the new car buzz I'm expecting form the e92.

I've since been advised that the problem could lie with the map (boost) sensor as that also provides temp info...now I changed this for a pattern part a couple of months ago so I'd love this to be the problem. I've ordered a secondhand genuine Bosch one from fleabay so fingers crossed ...

Anyway, just thought I'd get that off my chest!

Absolutely! Once I get my hands on her tomorrow, if I can tear myself away!

I think she should go down well on here, she is velvet blue with the champagne leather and piano trim.

This is ridiculous...I'm up at 0600 to catch the train tomorrow. I'm so excited though I can't sleep! Sad case or what.
