the e-tag packet has instructions on where it should be mounted.

just mount it behind the centre mirror where u cant see it.

Not sure if the front screens are standard metallic or not – my e92 has the optional climate comfort screen (i.e. metallic) and you can see in the picture where the e-toll is mounted – there is a cut out section where the mount can take place where there is not metallic treatment.
