New rims on my car, now for spacers?

I just put some 19 in M3 rims on my 325xi. my question is about spacers. i want the tires to sit flush with the fenders. how do i go about doing that? where do i buy spacers? and what size will i need?

Best thing to see what size spacers you'll need is to measure the gap between the tire wall and the fender:
