In this case, we also have Forge bypass valves but that shouldn't make a difference. But they are awfully good ideas when running this close to the leak point of the stock valves.

One of these days we need to know what if we have all of the above, but magnaflow race cats in the DP's? Do we stay at stage 2 or can we run stage 3 with less user tq? Or will auto tune make that judgement obsolete?

Great numbers.

I'd like to get race cats...

Unless someone wants to make catless DPs with a 'fake cat bulge', so I can pass emissions...

Although I think most people inspecting the car would probably see the secondaries and be like 'whatever'.

Terry said that he has hit 459 RWHP on stock turbos. Is that true?

WOW!!! that's just insane power...

I've said it several times before but I love to see this kind of development, even though I know I'll never go that far with my mods. The fact that the stock block & cylinder head and the rest of the drivetrain can handle this much torque is really amazing. It gives me a good feeling about driving around with my Rev I & DCI.

Nice work as always Shiv!!!

Yeah... i just drove it back from the Pleasanton street fair and it is brutally fast. Third gear pulls like 1st gear in a stock car...lol. And the rear of the car tends to steer itself even when trying to go in a straight line!

So what was the meth mixture? Maybe you missed my post or maybe you don't want to share. Reason I ask is because my delux 250psi coolingmist trunk mount kit will be here any day now.

Those are some great numbers, but I personally wouldn't feel comfortable stressing my engine and drive train components that much. If I was rich and didn't have to worry about money to replace parts, sure...

Lemme guess - the dealers wouldn't be too keen on this?

come on man......that tune made peak power for maybe 50 rpms. it spikes from 430 or so to over 450whp for at most 200rpms total then falls on its face.

Hardly a good tune or something Terry would release....well maybe to Hotrod. Just based on the boost curve he showed later in that thread, its obvious he intended that map for drag racing purposes.

The 435whp graph on that link is more impressive to me.

oh yeah, and doing the numbers Shiv just posted on 91 octane plus meth is also more impressive, you can run that daily. Unless you have a huge 55 barrel of race gas laying around and plan on refilling it at least every month, comparing race gas to pump gas plus power adder is just not the same.
