I have the Hyper White PMB's which look to be the same temp as the LUX Hyper whites.

I haven't had any problems with the cops. If I do get pulled over i'll just flip on my zenons and tell the cop that I accidentally left my parking lights on...or say that they only look blue because of the zenons..... I know its a sorry excuse, but its better than nothing.

It depends....If you look at them in a dark garage they look pretty blue.
If you look at them directly or if your in a well lit parking lot, they have the same temp as the HID's

If you look at them at night there not that blue, I doub't you'll get pulled over for hyperwhite pmbs or LUX.

i dont think it will be. its simply too much effort for everything. it took me soo many nights of work and its not worth it for the money. maybe i'll make a DIY when i get time
