Radiator cooling fan

So my car overheated one time because one of the coolant hose disconnected and from there my fan hasn't worked. I already bought a new cooling fan, radiator, coolant temperature sensor, fuses, and the relay but fan still doesn't work. I have an bmw 328i 2007 e90.
