Anyone have pics of this Vinyl wrap on interior parts?

I was about to pull the trigger on some Brushed gunmetal gray wrap to cover the fake wood trim, or at least try it out. But while I was watching a how to video I saw the guy had used the "Black Stealth Small Pattern Camouflage" on his trim and thought wow that looks good. I don't generally like to get super flashy with my cars but this really caught my eye so I ordered a small roll.

That stuff never ages well on the interior IMHO. One summer is all it will take for the adhesives to start melting.

I bought a 1x5 roll and did a few pieces last night just to see what it looked like. Off the car I was very skeptical but on I think it looks great. With the 1x5 I was able to do everything except one door, main center dash piece and the center console. Easy process.

Yota where in OR are you? I have a friend in Redmond who was messing around with hydrodipping some trim pieces. Turned out quite nicely.

That sounds interesting! I'm in Salem. I've got a buddy who does Cerakoting as a side business. Does great work. Been contemplating having the trim done in Tungsten. But being it's permeant I've been a little hesitant since my wood trim is in near perfect condition.

If you can get some pics that would be great. I could ship no problem.

I'm curious how you did it. Did you actually get a heat gun, or did you use a hairdryer? Did you just cut the pieces a bit bigger, heat them and smooth it out? How did you deal with the corners of the air vents??? Thanks.
