E90 codes

Hi I'm wondering if someone can shed some light on a few codes I have come up on my car, car 318d 58 plate 147bhp,
I recently changed the glow plug controller as I was getting all 4 plug faults, this has now cleared,
Now I'm getting different codes and recently car has started go in into limp mode when I put my foot down but it's only for a short while then reverts to normal,
Code are 4390, 452a, 4CAE, 40D4, 3F25,4530,
I know a couple are egr related.
Many thanks in advance.

Hmm,

Forget 452A. That's just a warning that the DPF has reached its expected end of life. You can replace the DPF and reset it via ISTA D. Or just leave it if it's still functioning ok.

Did the others appear straight after replacing the glow plug controller?

Is everything around the EGR connected up ok? You may need to replace the vacuum hoses.

3f25 and 4530 are new codes, the others were there before, eml has been on for a while but I just reset it before going for mot, I would like to be able to switch it off but not sure where to start with the codes, would cleaning egr valve help or would it be better to change it,

Thanks for your reply
