335i exhaust

Alright guys, I love the stock exhaust on the 335i but I'm really looking for something with more kick to it. As you can tell from my first post I'm looking for an Eisenmann Race Exhaust right now but I'm open for any sugestions or anything really. I like the quad tips on the eisenmann and I would love to have them but if there is any other system out there without the quads I wouldn't really mind as long as it is a better system. I'm looking to get a real deap rumble out of the system and since I haven't ever been able to listen to the eisenmann in real life I need some advice from people who have heard it. Thanks.

I have the Eisenmann Race and I love it! Swapped my UUC Corsa out for it. If you looking for one CLICK HERE. You do know that the Eisenmann tips are interchangeable right? So if you start with the 90mm duals like I have, you can get a pair of the quads from IND or WSTO. Mind you, they are pricey for tips. But then again the Eisenmann Race runs $2400. To bad you're not closer or I'd let you have a listen. But there should be a bunch of locals that you'd be able to hear options from. Good luck with a search for an exhaust!

Why don't you try the Sticky at the top of the page.

http://www.e90post.com/forums/showthread.php?t=10687

There you can find clips, dyno's, and lots of opinions.

It depends on how aggressive you want to go with the system. Eisenmann Race is a straight through design that will be on the louder end.

I would also check into the Active Autowerke Exhaust which is a complete cat back system:

Would you say that the eisenmann makes the car sound a little more like a v8? I don't want a ricey exhaust or anything so I would like it to be deeper than the stock.

you better PM s1cke92, he will tell you how's his eisenmann sounds. but i think most people say Eisenmann seems to be louder than others aftermarket exhausts.

Nothings going to make your care sound like a V8. Straight 6's sound nothing like 8s and never will.

Also, remember, whatever exhaust you buy you can just change the tips on. Its not a big deal.

Definitely not ricey, but then again it's ALL a matter of opinion. I personally love the way it sounds. Waaaay louder than stock...WOT is amazing. I have no regrets, even when things in my interior rattle when I "granny drive" to conserve on gas during my commutes. When I say granny drive i mean slow acceleration under low rpms and light throttle. BTW, for you guys who said it doesn't drone in a MT, you must be deaf lol. I get drone when I drive conservatively but I can make it go away if I switch gears or adjust my driving slightly.

For me (my opinion only): I love my Eisenmann Race! I wouldn't trade it for any other exhaust. Sounds nothing like any of the other systems out there.

If you want just an axle back, we recommend Bastuck 2x90 exhaust

for X-pipe and rear section, we recommend the Arqray.

Now if you'd like a full bolt-on system, we highly recommend the HKS system.
