I will be editing the post and adding more pics as the time goes by and I remember what else I did to the car so please don't quote the whole post in replies.
More pictures will be added soon

THIS CAR IS OFFICIALLY FOR SALE NOW
I am sending the check to pay the car off for now so I will have the title on hands within few weeks.

So here we go.

The car:
2007 E92 335i
Titanium silver exterior, coral red interior. Scratch that! Just installed black novillo leater seats from M3. Doors are still coral red and the combo looks great! Burl wood trim. The center trim is black because I needed to replace it to fit CIC controller. Combo of burl wood and black looks very nice actually.
Bought it 2 years ago from a dealer in Queens with 51k miles. The car has an accident in Carfax from previous owner but from what I know it was very minor and was reported just for insurance purposes.
73.xxx miles
Packages:
Sport, premium, navigation (CIC), cold weather, comfort access. Basically completely loaded.

VIN: WBAWB73557P022482

Mods

Performance:
Procede v5
Procede PWM methanol injection with Vishnu charge pipe
RB turbos
Quaife LSD
Drive Shaft Shop 1000-hp axles
Complete M3 suspension including M3 rear bushings

Clutchmasters FX400 clutch with stock resurfaced flywheel (no noise!)
Eibach Pro kit
Complete exhaust from 335IS including resonators so no drone.
Active Autowerke catless downpipes.
HPF front mount intercooler
850-watt radiator fan from 1M
Forge diverter valves
aFE dual-cone intake
Looks/Interior:
M-tech rear OEM bumper
OEM 313 style 18" wheels wrapped in Continental DWS (60-80% of thread left). There's a BMW spare and jack kit in the trunk.
BMS Spacers, 12mm front, 15mm rear. No rubbing whatsoever. Fenders are NOT rolled.
Complete CIC retrofit.
FRM3 retrofit.
Rixter V2 boost gauge.
Escort ZR4 Laser Jammer heads installed 2x front 1x rear. I'm taking the 9500IX so you have to buy that if you want them working.
BMW Performance electric steering wheel.
LUX Angel Eyes and reverse lights.
LCI tail lights.
Lots of unique coding features that no other car has (I have a little bit of coding experience ).

Info
I dynoed 512hp 522tq on a Dynojet recently but these number seem a little too high. Also there were few other cars that day making abnormally high numbers (like stock auto Lexus IS300 (2JZ-GE engine) making 190hp to the wheels. They're 220 at the crank.
I will estimate the power to be around 490-500hp at the wheels at time when I was running 17psi of boost. It's now at 18.5psi.
Had car driven by many very known people in our community and I've driven even more people in it from the forums, everyone were either scared or impressed by the car

Car has 73k miles but is well taken care of. I drive my car. Some people buy cars to look at them and call them their babies, but not me. This car is my bitch and I bought it to drive it
The valves were cleaned 5k miles ago, the spark plugs, coils and injectors were all just recently changed a month ago. Both fuel pumps were also changed in the beginning of the year.

The price I was looking for is $29000 for the car "as is". There are $10-15k in mods and labor alone so I think it's a fair price. There's no warranty or CPO on the car but I can provide you with information or help after the purchase. I have shops and dealers where the car was worked on and a lot of people know and will help me out.
There's lien on the title so there will be about a week or so of time between the payment and the lien-free title. If you're a responsible and mature person we might figure something out for that one week (i.e. driving with my plates).

Log of what I'm doing to the car since this listing started

* Ordered a new water pump and thermostat. Old one still works, it will be a preventive thing.
* Sitting in the trunk I have secondary water cooler with ducting. After I install it the engine cooling will be just like in 1M.
* Relocated meth tank to the trunk.
* NGK spark plugs. Still on the fence about installing them.
* Have OEM IS diffuser, just has to be painted. Gonna drop it off one of those days at the shop.
* Swapped seats for novillo black M3 seats
* Got new glossy black trim
* Got new novillo black split armrest
* Broke my axles! Getting DSS 1000hp axles

serious car man very nice, like myself all you need is a limited slip to help hook all that power up, watching you on the highway was like watching my own car the thing just tries to jump out of its own skin and has trouble getting traction.

good luck on the sell, awesome car.
