Any stretch makes the car look cheap as if the owner couldn't afford the right size tires for his/her wheels. No matter how stretched, a properly fitting tire on a wheel will ALWAYS look better than an improperly fitting tire.

I like wide wheels and fitment as most know on here and i like them cleanly (to most that won't make sense) When done cleanly it can drivin without any issues as I do DD my car. I do like aggressive fitment and some stretch but I like a bit of meat on there as well so I usually do a mild stretch to have the best of both worlds. On my 11.5 I still ran a 285/30 which is a nice meaty looking tire and a mild stretch. Everyone like what they like so its not for everyone but nothing really is |

A lot of you guys seem to think this is a new trend, but this has been going on for many many years in Europe. And it will never become unpopular.
I totally understand that some don't like the stretch. But for me any car looks better with wheels that "fit" the fender, and not sitting one or two inches inside. And to do this you have to stretch the tires. I have rarely gotten any negative feedback on this forum, and I have some pretty stretched tires. And for those of you saying that stretched tires does not perform good, have you ever driven a car with stretched tires? I have had cars with both way too wide tires and way too small, and they handle pretty much the same.
