Carly support?

My Carly adapter has died. I opened a ticket with them a week ago and they closed it without explanation. How is the best way to get support? Is there a forum somewhere that they monitor? The adapter has a lifetime warranty.

My Carly adapter died. I also has issues with technical support, but after reopening a ticket, trying the several different methods that they recommended for fixing the communications issue, the finally relented and sent me a new adapter. The new adapter works fine.
