Rear Door Glass

Anyone here ever take the glass out of their rear door? Or put glass in? Or both?

The new door I bought for my E90 after it was sideswiped came with untinted glass and a regulator that gets stuck when all the way down. The rest of my windows are tinted and the glass and regulator from my old door are still in tact. I was able to remove the glass from the old door by removing the weather stripping, I was just wondering if there was a simpler method.
