I would like the gauges in my 2008 e90 to do a full test sweep at startup. Anyone got any coding ideas for that?

Burger also made something called the cantool that just gave you a bunch of can bus things like the JB4 but no tuning, was pretty cheap but they stopped making it - if you can find a used one, it will give you gauge sweep.

I'm not aware of a list, but there are a few vendors, such as myself, that offer remote coding services.

E91 LCI, when I open the door the bright center light comes on by the two map lights. I'd like to make the two map lights turn on when opening the door vs the big center light. Any tips?

I'm new to BMW , just sold my GLI MKV. I bought a 2006 330i auto. There is a problem with the drivers side mirror, it does not move far enough inward and upward, the motor works and moves the mirror just not to the position I want to and I can't see the other cars coming. I read somewhere on the internet that the mirror needs to be set to the "home" position.

Does anyone know how to fix this problem?

I just bought the bimmergeeks basic cable and software is already installed on my laptop.

I will appreciate any solutions to this annoying situation.

1. DRL (activated form iDrive and lights in Auto mode):
• DRL on and daylight outside: Light only AE (on high brightness) + fog light....without interior or rear light
• DRL on with poor light or night outside: turn on low beam, AE (normal brightness), interior and rear light also on, fog light off

nobody knows ?

Its been awhile since I coded my car. Does anyone know if "Traffic Assistant or Information" works for our cars? Does it show in the Navigation?

Does anyone know if the link for the spreadsheet on the first post still works?

Also are the downloads on the first page for the software the latest and do they have the right profiles set up on them?
If not can someone point me in the right direction.

Yes it works.

Traffic information is retrieved from FM radio station subcarriers.

Note that many areas do not provide this.

Info displays on the map and you can pull up an incident split screen.
