jm3as misses e90post like ma$e misses diddy

i've been lurking around when i get the chance, but i definitely miss being active as i once was. i've moved away from personal car owner shoots (which i still love doing) and more towards aftermarket manufacturers. my times been wrapped up in that but can't wait to share a few things in the works.

the most recent show jonnylin1 and i attended was autocon, which swung by seattle for the first time. i decided not to make a thread and spam this forum with so much non-bmw stuff, but there are a few shots on my fb page: facebook.com/jmeasphotography

here's a shot from the drag strip stands i took

jonnylin1 keeping that step lip clean

i've been doing a lot of work with a local company based out of Kirkland called Sparta Evolution BBK. it was the team i traveled with down to Bimmerfest west with earlier this year. as of November, i'll be joining their team and hope to attend Bimmerfest East & West next year (should be a great opportunity to link up with more of you e90post friends!)

anyhow, they have been in the R&D stages of their BBK kits focused solely on BMWs for now. November-December is when they go into full production and sale, so you'll be seeing some of that in the near future.

As of lately, i've linked up with MORR Competition Wheels and begun shooting a new line of their 20" forged wheels. Here's a snap from the shoot two days ago ...

an edited shot. my first go at "product based shoots".

up next, I'll be meeting with the new owner of these beautiful wheels here in Seattle. They'll be mounted and slapped onto his new, one of a kind blue, F10 M5. We'll be taking her out and doing a full spread shoot.

There's another set of MORRs that will be installed on a supercharged e92 M3 i'll be doing as well.

As for my Annie, she's been out of commission for over 3 weeks now. i'm PRAYING the last of her mods gets wrapped up by this weekend.

hope to get this work cranked out and shared with my e90post fam. see everyone around!

Yeah maybe he can help him write a song that doesn't sound like it was written by 5 year olds. And maybe he can stop making dumbass reality shows to help recruit more talentless assholes to his label.

the process in working w/ manufacturers, now that i'm transitioning, is a bit longer than grabbing a car owner and rolling out to spots. but the quality SHOULD be much better. can't wait to see this F10 M5 and shoot it

I did that for a while for dealerships when the Internet sales were on the rise they just wanted to upload pics. I'd start with dealers Internet departments to get you're foot in the door.

im hoping to stay within aftermarket manufacturing, and away from the "stock car" dealership stuff. That way i'm around already modded vehicles where they tend to like the more artistic shots. I did speak with some people at the Lexus dealership up north, i sent them my online portfolio and they basically told me my shots are too "artsy fartsy" for what they need.
