Hello all.

I have recently had the opportunity to get my hands on some genuine Floßmann (Flossman) Auto Design carbon parts. I have the front + rear fenders as well as the side skirts. The factory bumpers should be easily modified to complete the kit. These are genuine and constructed of carbon fiber & epoxy.

I never intended on installing them, only to 3D scan them. These parts were constructed in 2008 and have NEVER been installed. They were sitting in a racing team's storage in Europe until this [2015] summer when I got them. I have primered the panels with a thin coat of flat white to 3D scan them. The dots are adhesive and will be removed. The scratching is only because of the thin layer of primer.

I can ship the items as they are under 50lbs.

I did NOT make this kit. This kit was constructed by Peter Flossman in Germany.

Here is some info from vividracing's website about the kit:

Product Information
This body kit was originally co-developed with BMW motor sport division for race purposes. This kit is currently widely used in Europe for GT and GTS class racing for the BMW E92 M3 model. The kit is available in a sturdy ultra-light Carbon fiber or durable light Glass fiber version. The kit is exclusively imported by GTHAUS for North American BMW racers and enthusiasts.

(Here is a street example by GTHAUS from several years ago)

And a video

The full body conversion kit consists of wide (front and rear) fenders, front and rear bumpers, and full-length side skirts with full aerodynamic effective ventilation.

Since it is a wide-body conversion, this kit needs to be ordered as a complete set with all the above mentioned components. Single components will not be compatible with stock body panels. This may not include hoods or rear wings.

All parts are meticulously engineered and carefully handcrafted by Peter Flossman, master designer of the JUDD racing team and aerodynamic body engineer for numerous respected racing teams. The kit has been tested and developed in the BMW wind tunnel facility for the best performance on the track. Some customers in Europe and the US have installed this kit on cars used primarily for street driving. For normal street applications, the Glass fiber version is recommended.

Here's an even better video

When searching the Internet, you will see some models have different features such as rear exhaust / side exhaust, side skirts, rear bumper, and canards.

I think what he was asking, is since you scanned them are you going to be reproducing them in a more affordable material/manner. Free bump for you!

I can certainly make a mold and reproduce these panels in fiberglass+epoxy and sell them at probably around 50%. However, I would need to have significant interest as I'd run the risk of ruining these original parts while casting the mold.

These were 3D scanned to create a new design and these pieces provided a an existing design to work from. I never intended to reproduce these panels, but it is an option. Thanks
