Question Error When Coding For New Battery Ah

When trying to Code the Battery Ah Setting in the CAS module following the guide (new battery is different from original) (Aftermarket Battery Registration DIY.pdf), I received an error: >

COAPI-1141: FSW invalid HELL_OFFSET_DEFAULT

Just after step 4.:

Coding the Battery Ah Setting in the CAS Module
1. Just to avoid any mistake close NCS we are going to start from the beginning.
2. Load NCS >File>load profile> “FSW PSW MAN”
3. F1>F3>select your chassis>select “CAS”
4. Press F6 for back

COAPI-1141: FSW invalid HELL_OFFSET_DEFAULT

What am I doing wrong? I am coding a 2011 328i Sedan using NCSExpert and v.57.0_SP-Daten.
NCS-Expert V4.0.1
CoAPI: V3.13.2
KrAPI: 3.0.2
Ediabas: V7.3.0

Try to use these profiles, there is EXPERT MAN, should be better.

Also make sure that you have FSW_PSW.man file in WORK folder and it's blank file.

As said, make sure you have a blank man file. I had deleted mine prior to battery registration and it wouldn't stick when I tried and I got errors. Once I realized and fixed the problem everything worked as it should.

Thank You!

The problem was that FSW_PSW.MAN was not empty.
