Though there is an informative post on various spring rates (https://www.e90post.com/forums/showthread.php?t=235797), I could not find values for stock models, i.e. D4, D5 etc..

Does anyone have at least a rough estimate which would match code to a spring rate?

It has both sport and non-sport rates on there. I think the D4, D5 might be very slight variations based on year or vehicle options to get the ride height the same but the rates should be what's posted in there.
