33k TAXES IN I think is pretty fair. I know at dealer in Ontario highest is 39k and lowest is 25k but about 120 kms without tax. All sedans. Considering it's only got 36kms it's very close to brand new. in Essence my car without taxes is only 30k. That's already 9k from dealer difference not including tax. I've seen a 328xi yesterday at BMW for 37k no taxes and NOT cpo And someone will buy that car for that price and back bumper was repainted terribly! So mine for 33 with taxes in is a steal IMO.

I actually preferred the leatherette on this car. Ive seen a few in leather and find they become worn and loose....
