Guys,

Noticing viabration/hiccups during idle at a traffic lights.... feels like it's shuttering is 1sec bursts and the rpm moves from 600 to 800/900 when this happens.... which makes me feel like the car May stall one day.

Any ideas as to what this is a symptom of HPFP? Or VCG?

Log?

You can log idle as well. Rail Pressure and LPFP would show if there's an issue with fueling. For VCG leaks, you need to physically check for oil leaks. Valve cover itself can also crack (less common than VCG leaks) but it's too early to jump to conclusions.

When did you get the Plugs and Coils Changed?

Plugs and coils were just changed 2weeks ago.. the shop said that they saw oil in Bank 2 and said the VCG needs to be done but not urgent. Would the VCG cause shuttering ?

Its possible.

I'd get the VCG done as soon as possible, regardless of whether it caused your rough idling issues.

Would be useful if you could post a log.

Just pull the coil and look inside the hole if theirs oil it'll be on the coil to. How's your cold starts
